Size the can for demolition volume, then either swap it or release it early. Paying for a 30 yard container to sit half empty through drywall week is a common budget leak.

Plywood under the wheels and rails prevents scarred concrete and cracked asphalt, particularly in summer heat when Colorado asphalt softens.

Keep the site legal and safe

Do not load above the fill line, keep nails out of the walkway, and cover open containers before storms so debris stays put and water weight stays out.
